Every scooter here is designed and built in our own factory and shipped by us directly, so you are buying factory-direct rather than from a reseller. That also means spare parts and after-sales support stay with us — if something goes wrong, contact us with your order number and we will take care of the next steps. We do not publish a fixed warranty period on this page; ask us for the terms that apply to your model and market.

We hold stock in both US and EU warehouses and ship from the warehouse that serves your delivery address. Once your order is placed, shipping is arranged within 3 days, as set out in our Shipping Policy. If your address or order details are incomplete, shipping can be delayed and extra cost may apply, so please give us complete and accurate shipping information.

We have a 30-day return policy: you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once a return is accepted we send you a return shipping label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Orders shipped into the European Union also carry a 14-day cooling-off right. Full detail is in our Refund Policy.

Yes. Our Partner Program covers distributors, dropshipping and local stores, all supplied from the same US and EU warehouses. Dropshipping partners do not need to hold stock or prepay for goods. Tell us your market and the volume you expect and we will send you the terms.

E200 and ED200 are built for kids and teens — 150W, 15 km/h and 10 km per charge, with the ED200 adding dual shock absorption for a softer ride.
